Professional Barista Training
At the end of the barista training program, the participants must have barista knowledge at a level to be able to work in qualified coffee shops or run the mentioned businesses.
It is thought that this red plant, which has survived to the present day with the discovery of Ethiopian shepherds in the 9th century, coffee in Europe and coffea in Latin, is thought to take its name from the Kaffa region of Ethiopia.
In Ethiopia, the local people used to turn the grains of this plant into flour and make a kind of bread. At the same time, the fruits were used for medicinal purposes by drinking the juice after boiling and it was called the magic fruit.
It was brought to Istanbul from Yemen by the Yemen Governor Özdemir Pasha during the reign of Yavuz Sultan Selim. Coffee, which entered the houses from the palaces to the mansions, has become a taste that the people of Istanbul are passionate about in a short time.
It is a tree species whose flowers are white and fragrant, whose cherry-like red fruit contains two seeds, starts to bear fruit 2-3 years after planting and gives fruit continuously for 20-30 years. The tree, which can grow up to 10-12 meters when left in its natural state, is kept as a bush with a length of 4-5 meters for easy harvesting.
It grows in the belt between 25 degrees north and 30 degrees south of the equator, where the average temperature is between 18-24 degrees and frost is not seen. Because it likes a humid environment, the coffee tree should be grown in tropical regions with regular rainfall.
All coffee varieties are actually collected in 3 main groups as Arabica (Coffea Arabica), Robusta (Coffea Canephora) and Liberica.

The training program is open to general participation with anyone who is interested in coffee culture and barista training, who wants to work or become a manager in qualified coffee shops, who wants to learn how to use coffee equipment, who wants to improve themselves in coffee presentations and decorations, and who wants to have latte art knowledge.
3 Days (28 Hours)
At the end of the barista training program, it is aimed that the participants will have barista knowledge at a level to be able to work in qualified coffee shops or run the said businesses, to use the espresso machine fully and correctly, to have knowledge of coffee presentations and decorations and latte art.
Participants in the Professional Barista Training program; They learn theoretically all the stages of coffee from the field to the cup, from the roasting of the coffee to espresso-based products, from cold coffee recipes to latte art.
