Law for Entrepreneurs
Enterprise law is a branch of law that deals with the legal issues that entrepreneurs may encounter in the processes of establishing a business, managing a business and maintaining their business activities. In this area, the legal problems that entrepreneurs may encounter while establishing their businesses, protecting intellectual property rights, managing contracts and providing financing and their solutions are examined. Entrepreneurship law training helps entrepreneurs build their businesses on legally sound foundations and minimize potential risks.
The aim of this training is to ensure that the entrepreneurs participating in the training understand the legal issues they may encounter while establishing and managing their businesses. Starting from the process of establishing a business, this training informs entrepreneurs in areas such as drafting contracts, protecting intellectual property rights, and managing finances. It also offers guidance and counseling to entrepreneurs to conduct their business activities in compliance with legal regulations.

f. Dispute resolution: Mediation and arbitration if there is a lawsuit
g. Funding Mechanisms Used by Venture Companies to Meet Their Capital Needs
h. Legal Dimensions and Process of Receiving Investment
i. Term Sheet and Due Diligence
j. Investment Treaties and Contracts

Session 3: Personal Data Protection Law

Entrepreneurs, Lawyers, Interns
18 hours (Each session is three hours, Saturdays and Sundays for two weeks)
