Fundamental Training in Expert Witnessing

Under the Law No. 6754 on Expert Witnessing, a requirement for obtaining "EXPERT WITNESS BASIC TRAINING" and having a certificate has been established in accordance with the Regulation published in the Official Gazette on 03/08/2017 for the performance of all expert witness activities.

Individuals with 5 years of professional experience who participate in the training will be able to apply to serve as expert witnesses on the dates specified in the announcement of the Judicial and Administrative Courts Commission Presidents, provided they meet other conditions, with the Certificate they receive.

General Information

To ensure that experts perform their duties in a lawful, objective, orderly and ethical manner in order to increase the efficiency and reliability of justice services.

This training is carried out in accordance with the standards determined by the Ministry of Justice, and those who successfully complete the training gain the right to apply for expert lists.

Participation is Mandatory:   All participants' attendance will be recorded throughout the training. Those who do not attend more than 1/12 of the training period will be dismissed from the program. In this case, no refund will be made and no certificate of participation will be issued.

Cancellation: In case of cancellation of the training or failure to participate, notification must be made at least 5 days before the training start date. Otherwise, no refund will be made.

Quota Information: If the quotas are filled, new groups will be opened.

Training Cancellation: ATLAS SEM reserves the right to postpone or cancel trainings due to insufficient registration or other reasons.
