Expertise Renewal Training
The scope of renewal training has been rearranged within the scope of the Regulation on Amendments to the Expert Witness Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated May 3, 2025 and numbered 32889. According to the new regulation, expert witness renewal training must consist of at least six lesson hours.
The Expert Witness Renewal Training, which we have prepared for the purpose of updating the knowledge, skills and ethical responsibilities required for the expert witness role, both meets the legal obligation and contributes to your professional development.
Those who have previously received Expert Witness Training must receive refresher training.
Participation is Mandatory: All participants' attendance will be recorded throughout the training. Those who do not attend more than 1/12 of the training period will be dismissed from the program. In this case, no refund will be made and no certificate of participation will be issued.
Cancellation: In case of cancellation of the training or failure to participate, notification must be made at least 5 days before the training start date. Otherwise, no refund will be made.
Quota Information: If the quotas are filled, new groups will be opened.
Training Cancellation: ATLAS SEM reserves the right to postpone or cancel trainings due to insufficient registration or other reasons.

The aim of expert witness renewal training is to ensure that people who currently serve as experts update and develop their knowledge, skills and competencies.

Participants who successfully complete the training will be given a Certificate of Participation by Istanbul Atlas University, an educational institution authorized by the Ministry of Justice Expert Witness Department.
