Certificate Program for Expert Witnessing and Party Representation Training Based on Intellectual and Industrial Property Law

As part of the program, Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works (FSEK) and Law No. 6769 on Industrial Property (SMK) will be examined in detail. Concepts of work and rights, financial and moral rights, rights violations, contracts, trademark-patent-design law, geographical indications, and related litigation processes will be explained with practical examples. At the end of the training, participants will gain a thorough understanding of the legislation and have the opportunity to develop their expert witness skills through sample reports.

Certification
